Their Pinot Noir is particularly prized, offering a delicate balance of red fruit, earth, and alpine herbs. Grosjean is also known for its indigenous varieties, including Petit Rouge and Fumin, which produce wines with bright acidity and a distinctive mineral edge.
The estate practices organic farming and adheres to biodynamic principles, allowing the natural environment to shape the wines with minimal intervention. Grosjean’s wines are a true expression of the high-altitude terroir, characterized by precision, purity, and elegance.
