About Azienda Agricola Franco Mondo

Franco Mondo’s vineyards are situated in the heart of the Asti region of Piemonte, known for its rolling hills and calcareous clay soils. The family-run estate specializes in Barbera, producing wines with vibrant acidity, rich red fruit, and soft tannins.

Their vineyards, planted at altitudes of 200-300 meters, benefit from warm days and cool nights, which enhance the aromatic qualities of the grapes. In addition to Barbera, Franco Mondo produces Moscato d’Asti, known for its delicate sweetness and floral notes.

The estate focuses on sustainable farming practices, with minimal use of chemicals and an emphasis on maintaining the health of the vines.
