Located in the Valle dell’Adige, between the Dolomites and Lake Garda, Pojer e Sandri represents the excellence of Alto Adige. The vineyards, sitting between 300 to 750 meters above sea level, benefit from diverse soils of volcanic, calcareous, and porphyritic origins, which lend complexity to the wines.
The cool alpine breeze, combined with significant day-night temperature variations, helps preserve acidity and freshness, particularly in their aromatic whites like Müller-Thurgau and Chardonnay. Pinot Noir from these steep vineyards is especially notable for its purity, elegance, and refined tannins.
Their winemaking philosophy includes minimal intervention, allowing the terroir to speak. This approach, alongside their organic practices, places them among the top producers committed to sustainability and natural expression.
