About Tenuta Mazzolino

Located in the hills of Oltrepò Pavese in Lombardia, Tenuta Mazzolino is known for its exceptional Pinot Noir. The vineyards, planted on calcareous clay soils at altitudes around 250 meters, benefit from the temperate climate of the Po River Valley, with cooling breezes that enhance the aromatic complexity of the wines.

Their flagship Pinot Noir, “Noir,” is made with Burgundian techniques, including fermentation in French oak and extended aging, which gives the wine a silky texture and layers of red fruit, earth, and spice. Mazzolino also produces Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon, focusing on elegance and balance in all their wines.

Sustainable viticulture and a low-intervention philosophy are key to their winemaking, reflecting the authenticity of the terroir.
